About

Two restaurants in adjoining houses on Larimer Street, and a third opening this fall.

Paired Hospitality Group is a Denver restaurant company. We operate Beckon and Major Tom, which occupy two attached houses at 2843 and 2845 Larimer Street in RiNo. Beckon is an eighteen-seat chef's counter led by Chef Duncan Holmes. Major Tom is a seasonal restaurant and Champagne bar with a wine program led by sommelier Andrew Bouton.

In October 2026 we open Holm, a fifty-seat American bistro at 609 Corona Street.

You will feel known here.

Composed, not performed.

Every Paired restaurant is designed around the same promise: that guests will feel welcomed, understood, and drawn deeper into something they love. Service is thoughtful without being performative. Craft is exceptional without ego.

Intentionality over excess
We do not do more, we do what matters. Every choice earns its place.
Emotional intelligence
We read the room. We anticipate needs. We understand that hospitality is as much about perception as it is about execution.
Craft in every detail
From food to service to space, we believe refinement is built through precision, not performance.
Quiet confidence
We don't need to announce ourselves. The experience is what speaks.
Human connection first
Technology, systems, and operations exist to support one thing: genuine connection between people.

Holm

Come as anyone. Leave as a regular.

Holm is our third restaurant: a fifty-seat American bistro in the former Table 6 space at 609 Corona Street, opening this October. Duncan Holmes is developing the menu, including brick chicken, poached vegetables, and handmade pasta with pork ragù. Much of the produce will come from our farm in Lakewood. Holm is built to be a modern neighborhood institution: sophisticated enough for a special occasion, familiar enough for a Tuesday night.
