The restaurants
Beckon is an eighteen-seat chef's counter with a seasonal tasting menu. Cooks finish and serve dishes directly to guests. Here, the guest isn't just seated. They're drawn in.
Major Tom is a seasonal à la carte restaurant and Champagne bar next door, with a patio in warmer months. A place where people come to let go, connect, and have a genuinely good time.
Holm opens in October 2026 at 609 Corona Street. The fifty-seat American bistro is being built as a modern neighborhood institution: sophisticated enough for a special occasion, familiar enough for a Tuesday night. We are hiring its opening team now for the kitchen, dining room, and bar.

Who we hire
We look for people who read the room and understand that hospitality is as much about perception as it is about execution. Experience helps but isn't required for every role; we train. We'll be straight with you about pay and schedule from the first conversation.
